A growing Travel-Tech company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join its international team.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming customer emails for next-day bookings, including cancellations, changes, and upgrade requests
  • ,
  • Proactively reach out to customers post-tour to gather feedback and encourage reviews
  • ,
  • Review upcoming bookings and ensure all arrangements are completed accurately and on time
  • ,
  • Manage and update bookings from OTA platforms such as GetYourGuide, Viator, Musement,,< li>Contact customers who started but did not complete bookings, offering assistance and identifying barriers
    Handle customer inquiries via chat,,phone,and email in a timely professional manner
    Update existing bookings with accommodations ,transportation or additional services
    Recommendand upselladditional servicesto enhance the overall customer experience,
