- 3-5 years of relevant experience (ex: HR Information Systems, Information Technology, project management, People Analytics)
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR, HR systems, HR processes- Must
- Previous experience with Talent Acquisition processes and systems - Advantage
- Experience with BI tools (QlikSense, Tableau, power BI) – Advantage

The opportunity
Join our Global HR Tools & Technologies team and jump onboard our exciting journey of shaping Teva's HR system landscape.
How you'll spend your day
As an HR Tools & Technologies Business Analyst, you will be required to lead the implementation of various HRIS projects throughout the project lifecycle– Initiate, plan, design, execute, and manage the change management to a successful go-live. You will need to understand your customers business needs, gather best practices information and design & partner with IT to deliver best solutions. This role will involve working with various HR functions while creating solutions to improve employee and manager experience in the global talent management domain.
