Job summary

As a GenAI Solutions Engineer in the Data Solutions Team, you will drive innovation by designing and implementing cross-functional AI solutions across multiple data disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of development, research, and refactoring tasks in the fields of Data and AI.
• Develop end-to-end GenAI solutions from data gathering and cleaning, process implementation, and deployment, through to ongoing maintenance and optimization.
• Continuously research and implement the latest generative AI techniques and best practices, ensuring alignment with business needs and product goals.
• Participate in developing our Agentic AI infrastructure/framework.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards while championing the responsible use of generative AI within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in one of the following fields: Automation, Integration, Data Engineering, or Data Science.
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with GenAI technologies and a passionate interest in the field of AI.
• Significant programming experience with any language, preferably Python.
• Significant experience with relational databases.
• Significant experience with process automation.
• Experience with any cloud computing platform.
• Experience with process orchestration.
• Ability to quickly pick up new ideas and approaches.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to approach complex features with an open mind.
• A strong technology background and understanding of different architectures.
