    EPC Analyst & Reporting

    Purpose / Responsibilities of the role

    Coordinate the reporting rhythm of the project, including collection and assembly of relevant inputs from all contributors:

    - EPC Weekly Coordination Meeting (internal)

    - Weekly SPC-EPC-Maintainer coordination Meeting (TMT)

    - Weekly Management Meeting with PMC (Owner's Representative)

    - Bi-weekly meeting with NTA / High Level meeting with NTA (the Owner)

    - Monthly Progress Report (MPR)

    - Monthly Progress Review with LTA (Lenders Technical Advisors)

    - ad hoc reports & presentations, special projects

    Location: the position shall be based in / near Tel Aviv (current offices in Herzliya and Holon).

    Measurement

    - KPI's for on-time, quality and completeness of the reports / presentations
    Educational Requirements

    Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent qualification
    Experience

    - 3 years' working experience in the field of project management of infrastructure construction projects
    Behavioral / Technical Competencies

    -Analytic approach along with a hands-on way to strive for solutions

    -Team player with intercultural mind-set and spirit

    -Ability to communicate along with strong processing-, planning- and presentation skills

    -Readiness to travel occasionally

    -Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

    -Working experience in similar role in PM or other functions or intensive internship experience with industrial products
