- Manage and maintain the company's MarTECH platforms, including onboarding new users, integrations, and reporting.
- Design and create automated, data-driven marketing campaigns, such as email nurture streams, lead scoring programs, dynamic content, forms, and landing pages.
- Develop segmentation strategies and craft targeted audiences based on behaviors, demographics, firmographics, etc.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer insights for optimizing email deliverability, open rates, click-throughs, and lead conversion.
- Ensure accurate integration of customer data across marketing automation, CRM (e.g. Salesforce), website, and other marketing tools.
- Collaborate with developers on integration projects to synchronize data between systems.
- Document data-driven marketing tech processes and provide training to marketing stakeholders on platform usage.
- Stay up-to-date on marketing tech best practices and new platform features/capabilities.
- 3-5years' experience in a data-driven marketing automation role, preferably with enterprise-level platforms
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing, database segmentation, email marketing, campaign management
- Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to drive improvements, including proficiency in Excel and other data analytics tools.
- Technical skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (beneficial)
- Background in sales and marketing processes
- Excellent communication, project management, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven team player, and highly independent.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field is advantageous
