Job summary
We are seeking a highly professional experienced proactive Technical Production Manager to lead directly manage an electronics manufacturing line.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a technical production team mentoring task allocation prioritization performance evaluationProvide technical support for ongoing production issues including electronic failuresIdentify analyze resolve system- component-level issues troubleshootingLead root cause analyses RCA prepare technical reportsWork closely with cross-functional teams Engineering Quality Procurement R&D LogisticsSupport MRB ECO NPI processesImprove manufacturing processesidentify bottlenecks conduct analyses lead optimization automation projectsMaintain a system-level view of operations performance analysis workload management early risk identification priority settingRequirementsMinimum 6+ years of experience managing technical teams at least 10 employees mandatoryBachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering mandatoryProven experience in electronics manufacturing integrated systems environments mandatoryExperience in transferring products from development to production mandatoryStrong expertise in system- component-level troubleshootingHigh-level tech English proficiencyStrong analytical system-thinking skillsExcellent interpersonal communication flexibility customer-oriented mindset real-time problem-solving abilityApply here:Job description
