1. What motivates you to get up in the morning?   

My family. Everything I do is for them.

2. How do you spend the first hour of your day?  

I spend it drinking coffee, reading blogs on beBee, and getting my kids ready for the day.

3. What are you passionate about?  

I'm passionate about marketing, entrepreneurialism, and social media. It took me until my late 30's to discover my passions. But once I did, work no longer became work. I love what I do for a living these days. It wasn't always that way for me. I went through some rough times in the corporate world. People ask me all the time, "Why do you work so much?" My response is that once you find your passion going to work changes for you and takes on a whole new meaning.

4. What is the most practical advice you can offer someone in business?   

My advice for those in business is to embrace and work on their personal brand. Many times, people get so involved in their daily lives that they stop working on themselves. They stop learning, stretching, and expanding. This happened to me. I got content with where I was and stopped working on myself. As a result, I started heading backwards in my career. To make it business, stay hungry and keep developing yourself. Success doesn't come easily, but it starts by putting the best version of yourself forward every day.

5. If you had the opportunity to ask a great mind any question, what would it be?  

I would ask Gary Vaynerchuck, "What do you think of my personal brand and what do I need to work on to take it to the next level?"

It's Time to Sell, By Chris Spurvey. This book will give you a whole new perspective on how to sell in today's market.

"Pressure is a priviledge," Billie Jean King. I used to dread pressure situations. I would get nervous and anxious and it would cause my performance to suffer. Then, I read this quote and it changed my perspective. Being in a pressure situation in a life means that you have succeeded at some level to get there. Being in that situation is a priviledge and it should be treated as such. Knowing that there are people that would trade places with you in a heartbeat to be in your shoes is motivational force.
