With Q&A@beBee, I ask some of the most interesting people on this network 7 questions. The result, unedited, is the most fascinating answers. Q&A@beBee is an ongoing series that gives us the opportunity to hear and learn from, and be inspired by, some of the most successful people, as they speak for themselves!

1. What motivates you to get up in the morning?

My motivation in life is being inspired by new experiences and creating new memories. I am a morning person and a happy person, so usually I wake up with a smile looking forward to the coffee in the cafe downstairs. A latte in the morning is a relaxing way to start the day, perhaps the only relaxing part of my day. I enjoy listening to audiobooks on my way to work, in which I escape my world to learn and experience anothers. I enjoy my work and beBee’s growth so every day is exciting and motivating.

2. How do you spend the first hour of your day?

My first hour of the day is spent checking my mails, social networks and the news, as well as showering and getting ready to leave for the coffee waiting for me in the cafe downstairs. I wake up at 6:30 and am at the cafe at 7:20 every morning. I really enjoy my first hour as I love catching up with what I’ve missed during the night from my family and friends overseas. When I was young I lived in Dallas, San Diego, Seoul and Singapore, so due to the time differences this makes my morning social networking catch up sessions the best and most interesting.

3. What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about getting things done, new experiences and making memories. In my work I am passionate about getting the impossible done, finding the best solutions and ensuring beBee’s successful growth. In my personal life I am passionate about traveling. Seeing new cultures, ways of life, traditions, trying new foods and seeing new places is absolutely fascinating in order to experience new ways. I am also passionate about helping others, so on my travels when I am able to I enjoy volunteering to support causes and in helping individual cases.

4. What is the most practical advice you can offer someone in business?

Always look into improving your product, service or work, you have to think outside of the box and accept criticism in order to change with the times. By giving your best at all times, being honest, accepting and learning from criticism, only then can you be your best to achieve the most.

5. If you had the opportunity to ask a great mind any question, what would it be?

I would ask Richard Branson ¨Do you regret mistakes you’ve made along the way or consider them opportunities you have learned and progressed from?¨

6. Name a book that changed your life.

Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts made me see that you never know what life throws at you, but you must give it your best at all times and enjoy the journey wherever it may take you.

7. Share a quote that inspired you.

¨The climb is tough, but the view from the top is worth it. ¨
