- Support employees and managers with full employee life cycle – onboarding, employee relations, termination, performance management, organizational survey ect.
- Coordinate & assist with HR operations process and projects including engagement activities, training programs, welfare & wellbeing plans.
- Promote Data-driven approach - utilize analytics to provide insights for HR managers & Business leaders.
- Collaborate with HR team.
- Adapt to business needs and HR initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree, during master's degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical orientation & mindset
- Ability to an learn independently & self-sufficiency decision making.
- Resourceful mindset, Assertive personality
- Strong organizational skills, attention to details and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, focus on practical outcomes.

How you'll spend your day
Join our company as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in supporting the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to termination, while assisting with HR operations processes and projects such as engagement activities and training programs.
