- Prepare a demo proposal / plan and execute demos and other in-house application tasks.
- Plan and run experiments (on the tool / in a lab / in the clean-room).
- Collect customer needs and cooperate with the various development groups to accommodate R&D plans to tool roadmap and customer needs.
- Identify and assist solve customers' High Value Problems within the manufacturing process.
- Supporting customer sites including product installation at least 2-3 months a year.
- Travels - 30% of the time
- Typically required to apply software, algorithms, and physics skills to support specialized and/or complex requirements during product implementation.
- Provides the necessary support for product installation (Tier 3 system installation).
- BSc. / MSc. in Engineering (Electrical / Materials / Mechanical / Chemical / Biomedical / Biotechnological /Aerospace).
- Excellent English skills – speak, write, read.

§Interacts with customers, company sales and /or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales support functions.
§Provides application and technical assistance and advice to sales force to support the sale and implementation of Applied Materials' products and services.
