A Stand Alone Comment

I am sure you can relate to my experiences of being drawn into dynamic posts and discussions. It is great to be able to share these posts but often just "liking" a comment doesn't feel enough. Twice in the past I shared comments off the post: From one bee to another... and A stand alone comment.

When I read Deb 🐝 Helfrich's comment on one of my posts, I knew I had to start a new hive; A Stand Alone Comment. Here is what Deb writes:

Listening is a balancing act of challenging our internal assumptions with the actual information traveling via sound waves into our brain. A balancing act of silencing our internal voice while we stay wholly present with what another person, or nature wants us to understand via the sound waves they generate through vocal chords, or movement of many, varied kinds.
The blending of sound and balance explains the true impact of music & dance as partners we tend to take for granted, but who really are integrated sensory experiences combining to be vastly more than the sum of each part.
Life and work are the pillars of a well-lived life, like the two legs we stand on for an easy, balanced, supportive stance.
Listening with stability. What a fabulous twist in understanding work-life balance.
