Bubbling Ideas

Metaphorically speaking Dr. Ali has made a connection between bubbles created in nature and ideas. This connection has led me to forming the following questions with the answers found within the work itself:

How are our ideas like bubbles? 

“Bubbles are containers of energy. They have their potential. So are bubbly ideas. They are storage of potential. It is up to us how to use their energies. One bubble might do little; thousands of bubbles might be lifesavers for businesses.”

The energy and potential is also contained in this remarkable thought: "What we think is a silent bubble is in fact a bubble waiting for agitation.” I can identify with ideas that bubble silently in my head that are just waiting to be inspired/agitated into being. When these are released their potential is expressed through the agitation or resonance or vibration experienced by another, the reader.

“It is not only the bubble as much as the conditions in which it is created and agitated.” 

beBee is currently providing the proper conditions to create and agitate or inspire the exchange of ideas.

What purpose does the formation of bubbles/ideas serve? 

"Creativity...amusement...some fish make nests of their bubbles to lay their eggs…” 

What are the different intentions for the formation of bubbles/ideas? 

“We may describe an idea as a bubble but before discarding it may be it is worthy freezing them. Who knows what colors and forms they shall have and new thinking may emerge. If a bubble idea doesn't move us may be we aren't yet ready to see its value or we lack the imagination to capture its value. We see the bubble, but fail to see the reflections of it. Let us freeze them for a while.”

What is our relationship with these bubbles/ideas and how do we influence them?

“It is our job to make stable bubbles… We tend to destabilize bubbles because of our attitude to them…” 

What can bubbles/ideas indicate?

“Bubbles can be the health indicators.”

What a concept when transposed from nature to the corporate body! If we can look at an idea as an indicator of a healthy state of affairs, this can definitely be utilized as a preventative measure. There is a parallel here with the move in the health care system towards developing preventative health strategies as opposed to strictly responding to health issues after the fact.

In conclusion:

“It is amazing how floating ideas differ in their approach and yet serve the purpose of survivability. Bubbles are our means of survival in deep waters and yet we have a low perspective of bubbles.”
