- Develop and coordinate implementation of Digital transformation across all units.
- Initiate new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
- Deep understanding in brand management and customers loyalty programs.
- Oversee structural management of digital platforms.
- Management of marketing data structures and establishing analysis processes.
- Develop Digital marketing strategy and KPIs by using advanced metrics to measure success.
- Create and support multi-channel marketing implementation at all levels.
- Build data architecture in alignment with media, content and customer journeys.
- Manage digital and marketing team and oversee ongoing planning and execution.
- Supporting BU heads and marketing teams.
- Manage digital budget.
- Plan and consult on digital media spend.
- Work and coordinate with ad agency on strategic digital landscape.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
- Proven experience in managing digital assets, social and implementing digital systems.
- Proven experience in developing brand strategies and senior brand management
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role – advantage.
- 3+ years of Experience in team management.
- BA degree
- High level English speaking
